2. How early should I start planning my event?
Guests were treated to a culinary journey, featuring a delectable dinner buffet with authentic Indian cuisine. The captivating ambiance, heartfelt speeches, and the shared purpose of supporting young individuals in need made the evening truly special.
3. What services do you offer?
Our event planning services cover every aspect of your event from start to finish, from concept development and venue selection to décor, catering, entertainment, vendor management, and on-site coordination. We offer different packages adapted to your specific needs and budget.
4. How do you charge for your event planning services?
An initial amount of hours is charged, which is refunded after the event if not utilized. A weekly report details the hours spent on the planning process. When you run out of hours, you can purchase additional hours.
These initial hours will be utilized to start researching for vendors on our database, online and also within our network in the event industry, as well as, meetings with client, walkthroughs to take measurements, and collecting pictures/videos. We also begin requesting estimates from various vendors, create a moodboard and start developing the theme for the event.
*** Please note that any other activity that does not involve sponsors and vendors not hired by our party planners will incur in hourly charge if we need to get involved in the process.
